Topsail Reef 378 - BLDG 7

Welcome to “Topsail Reef 378” located within the oceanside Topsail Reef community! Topsail Reef 378 is a comfortable third floor oceanview condo with one bedroom and one bathroom that sleeps up to four guests. The Topsail Reef community boasts gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as two community laundry sites and two community grilling gazebos for easy access to all building guests. (Please note: there are NO elevators in this building)

Upon entry into the condo, you will find the bedroom offering a queen bed straight ahead. In the hallway, you will find the full shared bathroom and a set of built-in twin bunkbeds. At the end of the hall, you’ll enter the open concept living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers comfortable seating, television, and access to an oceanview balcony.

LINENS:

• SILVER PACKAGE – Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations from June 8 to August 10, 2024.

If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation or upgrade your linen package for a fee, if applicable.

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
