What is the cleaning procedure now that your units have been empty or potentially “contaminated”?
We have added an additional layer to our already high standards of cleaning to include use of CDC recommended disinfectant products and methods of cross-ventilation for a minimum of 30 minutes in each room to reduce the chance of spreading airborne virus particles prior to cleaning each home.
What is your cancellation policy if I do book for a future month and there are still restrictions in place? Can I move my reservation? Can I get a refund? Will travel insurance help?
If there are local vacation rental bans in place during the dates of your reservation, we will be happy to transfer your dates or you may receive a full refund. If your reservation dates fall outside of the local restriction timeframe, our normal cancellation policy is in effect (and can be found in your VRA or on our website). If you purchased CSA Travel Insurance prior to January 29, 2020, they will cover certain items related to COVID-19. Please contact CSA Travel Insurance to file your claim at (866) 999-4018.
