Access Realty is looking for enthusiatic individuals to join our Housekeeping Team! We have a few slots left for the INSPECTOR position for the 2024 Vacation Rental Season.
Requirements:
- AVAILABLE EVERY SATURDAY FROM MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a smart phone and primary email account/address.
- Cellular car charger not required but highly suggested.
- No experience necessary – will train on-site/in the field.
- Knowledge of cable, internet, WiFi, Roku, Firestick, Apple TV and smart televisions helpful but not required. Will train.
- Attention to detail is highly favored.
- Able to lift 30 pounds and climb stairs.
- Able to work in a high-pressure, deadline oriented environment.
- Able to kneel, stand, stoop, walk, and bend without hesitation.
Responsibilites:
- Inspect home behind a cleaner/cleaning team.
- Report cleaning issues and/or damages found inside and outside of property.
- Troubleshoot electronics in home before guest check-in.
- Report any maintenance items using the appropriate channels.
- Exemplify professional courtesy and kindness when interacting with guests or homeowners.
- Identify and fix minor issues in home before guest check-in (i.e., change remote batteries, change out a light bulb – within reach, wipe a smudge off a mirror, rinse out a sink, etc.)
Pay:
- Our inspectors are paid weekly (every Thursday by 10 am).
- Inspection pay ranges from $17 to $30 per property. The more properties you inspect, the more money you make. It’s that simple.
- As an Inspector, you are a independent contractor and will receive a 1099-NEC at the end of the year.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the properties we represent remain in top-notch condition. From troubleshooting to repairs, you'll be the hero that keeps everything running smoothly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of valuable experience in general maintenance.
- Attention to detail, follow-up, follow through and talent for problem solving.
- Basic carpentry skills that showcase your craftsmanship.
- Professionalism with guests, owners, and other vendors at ALL times in all forms of communication.
- A valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Thriving in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- Keeping sensitive information confidential is second nature to you.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- No heavy lifting or stair climbing? Not for you! You can handle 50+ pounds with ease.

At Access Realty, we've been setting the standard in vacation rental houses for over 20 years and now we are looking for a dedicated individual to help us maintain our exceptional homeowners' investment properties. As a SEASONAL HVAC Filter, Light Bulb, and Ceiling Fan Program Technician, you'll be an important part of ensuring the properties we represent remain in top-notch condition. Seasonal HVAC Filter Technician will be responsible for changing all HVAC filters in vacation homes within the Access Realty Rental Program, as well as checking and replacing light bulbs where needed throughout the homes, and cleaning/dusting of ceiling fans.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of valuable experience in general maintenance.
- Attention to detail, follow-up, follow through and talent for problem solving.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance skills with an eagerness to learn and grow your potential.
