With us, you'll get an online owner portal where you can view your account and any work orders 24/7. Your owner statement will also be sent out to you on a monthly basis in an easy to read format. Also, we'll personally make deposits for you to any of our local banks (at no additional charge).
At Access Realty, you'll work one-on-one with our Marketing Director to set-up marketing and promotional strategies that will work best for your property. We offer a well-rounded approach to aggressively advertise in a number of different markets including social media, print media, e-mail campaigns, Rent-A-Beach, FlipKey, TripAdvisor, our Access Realty website and in-house rental booklets. We also offer professional photos and interactive floor plans.
We don't charge our homeowners any hidden charges or fees. Our easy to read owner statements will clearly show rental income, our commission, and any other agreed upon services or work orders. We don’t charge our homeowners housekeeping fees or convenience charges.
We have a full-time Housekeeping Manager that will ensure that your home is properly cleaned before and after each use. We set a high bar for cleanliness and we hire our cleaners on a very selective process. After each clean, our independent inspectors will inspect their work to guarantee that it meets our standards.
Our inspectors are not affiliated with our cleaning companies. Our inspectors will inspect your home before and after each use to make sure that your home is well-kept and clean.

A: Only a signature is required to get started. We have found many property owners worry about changing to a new management company. At Access Realty, we make the transition smooth and simple for clients joining us from other companies. Existing reservations are always honored so no income is lost. The change is easy and quick!
A: Most home owners will keep their private linens in a locked owners closet for personal use. For guests, they can opt to bring their own or have linens are provided by 3rd party company. As a promotional item/amenity, you may choose to provide complimentary linens to guests that book your home, you can talk about that option with our Marketing Director.
A: No way! At Access Realty, we offer a flexible rental calendar. You can rent your home as much or as little as you’d like. You can schedule your owner blocks using your owner portal or by calling any of our staff members.
I as a property owner give Access Realty a 5+++. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating to my family and I. Many, many guests in my house have been VERY pleased with the Access Realty staff/company and find them very easy to work with. I have had my house with them for many years and I have NEVER been disappointed with their service. When I have guests and there is a repair issue, I am immediately contacted by Access Realty about the repair and it is resolved. If you're a homeowner that needs an AMAZING property manager, look no further!! Connie and her team are the absolute best! Background: My previous property manager decided to retire out of the blue and without tying up loose ends. Leaves me hanging. THEN, Hurricane Flo comes around and damages the house. So, I'm left with a damaged house and managing everything by myself from across the country. Thank goodness I have a good tenant or I would have been screwed even more. I sign papers with Access Realty and it's like a burden has been lifted off my shoulders. Kim, the maintenance lead, helped me find local contractors to protect the roof before rainy season and Connie has been making sure the tenant is taken care of and that rent is collected.
