Our Pet Free homes are homes that have not had an animal inside of them at any given point. Typically, owners do not have a dog due to an allergy in the homeowner's family and therefore guests are prohibited from bringing any animal in to the property. We cannot gaurantee any home is 100% allergen free, but if you have an allergy, we highly recommend renting one of these homes.
Dog friendly vacation rental options are:
Dogs Allowed with Pet Fee: Owners have a dog and allow guests to bring them with a fee. Service animals are allowed with documentation.
No Dogs Allowed - Guest/Tenant: Typically an owner may have a dog, but prefer not to allow guests to bring a dog OR the Home Owner's Association may not allow guests to bring dogs. Service animals may be allowed with documentation, dependant upon the HOA's rules.
Pet-FREE: Owners do not have a dog and guests are not allowed to bring a dog due to an allergy in the homeowner's family.
