Our Pet Free homes are homes that have not had an animal inside of them at any given point. Typically, owners do not have a dog due to an allergy in the homeowner's family. Therefore, guests are prohibited from bringing any animal into the property. We cannot guarantee any home is 100% allergen-free. Still, we highly recommend renting one of these homes if you have an allergy.

Dogs Allowed with Pet Fee: Owners have a dog and allow guests to bring them with a fee. Service animals are permitted with documentation.
No Dogs Allowed - Guest/Tenant: An owner may have a dog but prefer not to allow guests to bring a dog, OR the Home Owner's Association may not allow guests to bring dogs. Depending upon the HOA's rules, service animals may be permitted with documentation.
