Enter “St. Regis 3408” to an open concept living space including a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, dining room, and a spacious, comfortable living room that features a big screen television. The sliding glass doors off the living room open to a balcony with spectacular ocean views.

Down the hallway you’ll find a laundry room, full bathroom, and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own television. The master bedroom features a queen bed, wider doors to the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, grab bars in the bathroom, ocean views that will leave you breathless, and private access to the balcony off the living room. 

The second bedroom includes a twin over double bunkbed and ocean views. The third bedroom includes a queen bed. The second and thirds bedrooms both have access to a shared, private balcony with ocean views.

This community features a huge luxury pool right off the beach, boardwalks that lead to a private gazebo, fitness center, sauna, basketball court, playground, volleyball area, business center, wireless internet throughout the complex, banquet halls available for rent, Ocean's Edge (a full-service restaurant), snack bar by the outdoor pool and gift shop.
