• SILVER PACKAGE – Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for 7-night minimum reservations from June 10-August 12, 2023.

• Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday to Saturday Check-in/out only.
• Property is available to rent year round. 
• Accessibility: 3 Story Stilted Home with Elevator Access (Ground to Second Floor) and Stairs
• Amenities: Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table
• Community Amenities: Pool (open approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day), Tennis Courts, Clubhouse, Beach Access, sound side dock with a small launch for canoes and kayaks
• Parking: 6 Parking Spaces under and in front of the home
• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• State of the art WIFI network installed to provide high speed access throughout the house. *Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.  
• Please note: There are known recording devices on the exterior of the home for security purposes.

All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
