Located on the South end of Topsail Island, guests can indulge in nearby activities such as exploring the Autumn with Topsail Festival, visiting local beach shops, or learning at the Missiles and More Museum. • Accessibility: 2 Story Stilted Home with Stairs
• Pets: Pets are NOT permitted at Wayne's World
• Parking: 4 Parking Spaces in front of the home
• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest s stay.
• TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
• WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
• You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in.

 

TRIP PREPARATION:

Access Realty Vacation Rentals adhere to minimum standards set to provide you with as many of the comforts of home as possible during your stay. All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment.
