'Geaux Big' with your next vacation at this stunning, luxurious eight bedroom, ten bathroom oceanfront beach house located in North Topsail Beach, NC. With breathtaking views of both the ocean and sound, this home is a truly indulgent getaway and can comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests. This house features six king bedrooms (five with ocean views) and two sound-side bedrooms, each featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds. All bedrooms include a private en suite bathroom and each living space offers a convenient half bathroom as well.

The first floor features plenty of parking with an elevator and stairs for easy accessibility to every level and gates to the backyard. You’ll find chairs and umbrellas in the storage room under the stairs and a hallway out to the backyard oasis. 

The second floor features two oceanfront king bedrooms with private deck access as well as two sound-side bunk rooms. This floor also boasts an indoor lounge space for relaxation, a half bath, and a large wet bar for crafting your perfect drinks before heading out to the pool or ocean. Walk right out the doors on this level across the walkway, through the gazebo, out to the beach. If you need a break from the sun, enjoy the calming sights and sounds of the ocean under the outdoor covered deck, where the island’s gentle breezes will help you forget your worries.

The third floor offers three oceanfront king bedrooms with private deck access and a sound-side king bedroom. The office area provides a peaceful space to work or relax while enjoying stunning sound views. A coffee/tea bar is also available on this floor so you can enjoy that first warm cup of joe in the morning in your room or on the deck.

The fourth floor welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean, plenty of seating areas for relaxing and dining—both inside and on the deck. On this level, you will find a gourmet kitchen with all the bells and whistles including two refrigerators with freezers, two dishwashers, a large pantry, and a wet bar with an ice maker. The fourth floor also has a half bath convenient to the living spaces. Enjoy a private home theater with comfortable recliners and state-of-the-art sound and projection, or step outside onto the covered porch and enjoy magnificent views of both the ocean and sound. Sunset over the sound is not to be missed, and this space is perfect for relaxing as the day ends. 

Accessible from every deck by an outside staircase, Geaux Big features a spacious backyard, complete with a large pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and stairs to the gazebo and walkway out to the beach. 

With all of this just steps from the ocean and with plenty of parking, this spacious home is also perfect for small reunions and other special celebrations.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description.  Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.
