Sundance

We had a great time at Sundance rental. There were 6 adults and a baby in our party . Things I appreciated the most : the view, the few steps to the beach , the nice updated kitchen and flooring, the nice sliding glass door that glided smoothly when opened and closed ( this is not always the case at the beach),the good water pressure ,the great color or the house and the politeness of Access Realty associates whenever we called and when we called because the coffee pot was missing and a new one was brought to us within a few minutes!! I felt Access realty was there for us to make sure we had a great vacation! The cleaning crew had paid attention to detail better than most I have experienced! A couple of things that weren’t a positive : The upstairs was hot and uncomfortable for sleeping and there was no ceiling fan in the street side bedroom . There was only a love seat and a fold out couch (which we did not fold out) in den area . Just my opinion, but maybe next upgrade would be better to have 2 recliners to replace love seat or a recliner sofa ( although I know that would reduce number sleep places) as this would help not to feel like you are sitting on top of each other ! We did not stay in den long at a time so was not a big deal to us! Overall , I would highly recommend this rental . it was a great size for 6 adults. We had a great vacation Thank you Access Realty!

My husband, my mother, and I have been renting a place together in Surf City for two weeks every summer since 2020. (I grew up across the high-rise bridge, in Sneads Ferry, and my mom still lives in the area, so we still consider ourselves 'local', even though I'm in Chicago now!). It is an absolute dream to be able to come back and visit every year. I come for the beautiful beach, the warm water, the fresh seafood, and the unpretentious charm of Topsail Island. The location of this house can't be beat. The kitchen upgrade is terrific, and the dining room table was excellent. The porch is great. Communication with the management company was top-notch. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit, instead of downstairs. I hope the owners will put some more love into the bathrooms, which could use some upgrading, and the living room furniture. It's also clear that the A/C unit is on its last leg, which made for an uncomfortable period while we waited for that to be serviced. That said, the management company was EXCELLENT and very attentive.

I will happily be your first review for Sundance. We just got home from an amazing week. Our first time to Topsail! The house was perfect for the 6 of us. It was myself, my husband, 2 teenage boys, our 4 legged girl, and my in-laws. Perfect location, this house is directly on the beach, we had the beachfront in front of the house completely to ourselves, we did not have to wake up early or fight for our spot on the beach. No more carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom like in the pictures. The kitchen is a little small but it's not a house meant for a very large group. Loved being able to sit on the porch, watch the sun come up and watch my kids play and fish on the beach as I sipped my cup of coffee. I could pick apart the small things I would change but that would be me being very picky, we loved every minute of our vacation. We will definitely be back to topsail and sundance.
