Enjoy the ocean breeze under the shade of the covered deck or soak up the sunshine on the open deck. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse away the salt and sand from your day on the beach. Don't forget your furry family while on vacation - dogs are welcome at Sea La Vie (with a pet fee)! Bedroom 1: Twin/Double Bunk BedBedroom 2: Queen BedBedroom 3: Queen Bed LINENS: STARTING IN FALL 2026: For reservations booked after August 14th, 2026:-- Upon arrival, our guests will find a full set of bed and bath linens individually wrapped and ready for bed-making. Bed-making services may be requested prior to arrival for an additional fee.-- Kitchen pack and Bathroom pack, with a roll of paper towels and toilet paper included to ensure convenience upon arrival.If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. (5/5 stars) Location right on the sand is the highlight of this property. You cannot get closer to the beach. Cute and comfortable beach cottage that is pet friendly. Not too many steps to navigate of limited mobility. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Clean and nicely laid out for a stay. A quick drive to all things Surf City has to offer. It's very close to the water and has a covered porch that is well shaded in the afternoon, and we enjoyed sitting out there, watching for dolphins (saw two!) and reading. The rental company, Access Realty, was easy to work with. And one thing I appreciated was that the sheets for our beds that we got from them were soft cotton, not thin and scratchy like we've gotten from some other places.
