The multiple decks and balconies offer sunrise views of the beach or sunset views of the intracoastal.Inside, you will find the main level offers ocean views from the many windows and a kitchen, dining and living area with unparalleled space for entertaining family, friends or even for events.  The magnificent dining tables allow you to enjoy the ocean view, while playing games, cards or just enjoying a meal together.  The kitchen offers dual refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers to make cleanup easy and a walk-in pantry for food and equipment storage.  A half bath on this level provides convenience to the open concept plan.With nine bedrooms and eight full bathrooms everyone will have their own space, each equipped with a TV.  The four King bed master suites (one with a twin bed, as well), four Queen rooms, and a kids dream bunk room (three bunks in one room) allow a choice of sleeping arrangements. The 4th floor master suites, each offer wonderful views-one with of views of the Sound and the other of the Ocean.  Both offer a private bath, closet and flat screen televisions, as well as ceiling fans.In addition, the house features a full surround-sound theater, music and x-box game system for the enjoyment of all. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. (5/5 stars) The house provides you with the opportunity to live like royalty for a week. It is decorated inside and outside with comfortable and relaxing furniture. The kitchen is stocked with plenty to serve a large group of people. Our entire family visited. We had babies, teenagers and elderly people. The elevator is wonderful! There is plenty of space for everyone to relax. Loved having our own pool and hot tub. Finding lots of beach treasures was a bonus. (5/5 stars) This was a great home to accomodate our large group. The home is just a short walk from the beach, making it super convenient for quick trips back and forth with kids or beach gear. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to cook & serve meals, including a crock Pot, hand mixer & blender. The amenities throughout the house made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, and the pool was a fantastic bonus—clean, well-maintained, and a great way to cool off after the beach. There wasn’t a grill at the property as listed, but one was promptly provided after we called. Additionally, There were a few discrepancies with the bed sizes compared to the listing. The second floor had two king beds listed as queens, and one of the master bedrooms on the fourth floor had a queen bed instead of the advertised king. As a result, the provided linens didn’t match. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved with a call to the linen company, who responded promptly. (5/5 stars) Our family enjoyed Feelin Beachy so much!! It was beautifully decorated, the bedroom arrangements were perfect for our large family, the kitchen was well stocked, the private access to the beach could not have been better, the pool was great, the decks and views were amazing! There were 17 of us and we loved every minute! We’ve been to many beaches and beach houses over the years but this was by far our favorite!! Definitely recommend!
