Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay. ------------------------------ ## Reviews ### Second Row home with Great View/Great access to beach (4/5 stars) For a second row home, could not have asked for a better location, view and access to the beach. Great View of the Ocean (no house directly in front or to the right of it), beach access directly across the street, wide beach all day and not crowded at all but enough people on the beach that you didn't feel like you were by urself. The outside decking of home appeared to be all new and was perfect to sit outside and listen to ocean. House - It worked for our family. It is a smaller home but intimate that we all were together, watched movies together, ate together, etc. Everyone is different in what they look for in a home. We had two couples, our mom and a 17 and 14 year old. It was perfect if you are OK with a smaller home and older feel of furnishings and bathrooms....U had bedrooms and one big great room for entertaining and eating. Bathrooms were sufficient. IF I made suggestions since we all pay so much anymore for vacation homes at the beach, furnishings could definitely use updating, in all areas....kitchen tables, chairs, couches, some of the bedroom furnishings like the upstairs queen bed(connect the headboard or something) and add a TV to all rooms. Kitchen has been modernized but if they would just get new kitchen table and chairs instead of throwing a cover over the medal chairs, I think that would give a whole new feel. Needs new couches especially the lighter tan one. Those things could be changed without having to increase the weekly price. I thought the price of home we paid in July 2026 was a good rate for this home. If the price was much more, it would have been overpriced because there are too many other homes that are comparable, modernized and updated on the inside. Adding some kind of table, for carport area, an outside porch fan on deck outside of living room and a grill would have been nice additions too. It had an outside shower and hose which is a huge plus for us. The home worked for our family and the price. The ease to the beach to walk back and forth and view from this home for a second row home was 10 out of 10 for us. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at this home and on Topsail. - Loarie B Posted on 7/19/2026 ### Perfect Getaway (5/5 stars) This Beach House is the perfect getaway! We have stayed here multiple times and will definitely return. The open floorplan in the main living area is bright and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The views are great inside and out, and we love relaxing on the large deck that has a gate to keep our dog close by. The Beds are comfortable and all balconies are ideal for sunrise and sunset viewing. Accessing the beach right across from the house made everything so easy, and after a day on the beach, the outdoor shower is a favorite too!
