Located a little more than a half mile from the Surf City Ocean Pier, this home is situated on the soundside of the island just a short walk from Kenneth D. Batts Family Park to the south and restaurants in the center of Surf City to the north.  Access to the beach is just 700 feet through a private community walkway between the middle row homes and onto the beach via a private community beach access. The home features a large driveway with covered parking under the house and a garage for storage. The large waterfront balcony provides sweeping views of the sound and space to enjoy a meal with peaceful scenery. The private dock is perfect for relaxing out in the sun. 

Welcoming you into the home are light, airy beach colors and decorations to compliment your Topsail Island vacation. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level. Bedroom one is located straight ahead, behind the stairs, when you enter from the front porch. In here you will find a queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, and access to a sunroom through a sliding glass door.This sunroom is a great place to relax on the futon and enjoy the sound views.

Bedrooms Two and Three are located on the other side of the stairs, just past the laundry and shared full bathroom in the hall. Bedroom Two features a queen bed and a private exit to the backyard. Bedroom Three includes a queen bed and access to another sunroom which features two twin beds. All the lower-level bedrooms have televisions.

Upstairs opens into an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room area. The fully equipped kitchen has an eat-in bar space and continues into the dining area where you can view the sound right from the table! Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony with ample seating and gorgeous views of the sound as well. There is another balcony located at the front of the house near the top of the stairs. The fourth and final bedroom is located to the rear of the living room with a shared bath, queen bed, television and a sliding glass door that leads out to the waterfront balcony.

Being just a short walk to the beach and having a private dock with sound access in the backyard, your vacation truly “Sounds Good”.

 Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. The "What to Bring" list can also be viewed on our website under the Guest Services tab.

This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
