Queens Grant C-210 is the perfect oceanfront location to host memories of a lifetime. This well appointed oceanfront condo offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and Guests can enjoy all the amenities that the Queens Grant complex offers. The complex offers beach access, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage, day docks, grilling area with covered picnic tables and children's play area. This complex is your one-stop vacation getaway destination.

A charming second-floor condo draws you to the ocean the minute you open the door. Enter into the welcoming foyer where you will find the large laundry area to your right. Continuing into the main living area, the kitchen, dining are living room all flow into each other and all share the same stunning ocean view. The fully furnished kitchen has all the comforts of home. Enjoy a family meal in the dining area, which seats 6, or enjoy a quiet breakfast at the bar offering seating for 4. Relax on the comfortable couches while catching your favorite show on the flat screen TV with the background of the ocean glimmering through the sliding doors.

The oceanfront deck is the perfect place to soak up the sun and can be accessed from the main living area.The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite private bathroom and direct access to the oceanfront deck. Down the hallway, you with find the full shared bathroom and the second bedroom which is located at the end of the hallway. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private deck with stunning sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. 

Great care has been taken to ensure you feel right at home while on vacation, so much so, you will never want to leave.

Queen's Grant HOA Regulations: Grills are NOT permitted anywhere on Queen's Grant oceanfront property. Grills are provided for use across the street. Smoking (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.) or electronic cigarette usage or “vaping” is not permitted by any renter on any outside deck directly attached to a unit or stairs or landings leading to units.

The pool is open approximately Mid-April to Mid-October, subject to HOA's discretion.

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. The "What to Bring" list can also be viewed on our website under the Guest Services tab. 

Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
