NEW "Early Bird" Rates!
Many of our homeowners are participating in a new "Early Bird" policy in which they are advertising an early savings rate for next year (certain terms apply - see below).
How do I participate?
To secure the current advertised rental rate, we require our standard $50 (plus tax) hold fee within 10 days of booking and 50% of the reservation total to be paid by December 31st. You may choose how you want to divide your early bird payments and will be responsible for sending in your 50% prepay amount before the deadline.
What happens if I don't pay 50% of my reservation by December 31st?
Failure to pay 50% of the reservation by December 31st will subject your reservation to any normal rate increases that may occur and go into effect on January 1st of the following year.
