• Community Amenities: Pool (Open approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day), Hot Tub, On-Site Restaurant (Splash By the Sea), Tennis Courts, Beach Access -- Only 2 parking passes, 2 pool/beach gate cards, and 7 pool wristbands are provided for this property.
• HOA Regulations: Charcoal grills are available for use on both the A-side and the B-side of the complex. Grills are not allowed on the balconies due to fire code.
• Parking: There are two main parking lots on the A and B sides of the Villa reserved for renters, owners, and owner’s guests. An overflow parking lot is also available across the street. All cars must have a parking pass to park in the main and overflow lots.

• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• PLEASE NOTE: This home only has a cooktop and provides countertop airfryer/toaster oven. There is not a traditional oven available for use.
• Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
