This condo is a newly renovated, comfortable, coastal themed third floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. The Topsail Reef community boasts gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as two community laundry sites and two community grilling gazebos for easy access to all building guests. (Please note: there are NO elevators in this building)

• Accessibility: 3rd Floor Condo accessed via stairs (No community elevator)
• Community Amenities: Beach Access, Tennis Courts, Basketball Goal, Gazebo, Grilling and Picnic Area, Laundry Facilities
• Parking: 2 Parking Passes are provided for parking in the community lot.

• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
